WANT TO HELP KREACHER?

So question… Kreacher/ Creature needs to be taken to the vet for multiple things she’s in bad shape from being mistreated, she has worms, flees, needs shots, stuff I don’t even know about. This butthead left her out to die and refuse to feed her and her other siblings. It really isn’t the best time for me to have a dog because I don’t have ton of money to get all of this done and where I live but Im a softy and I couldn’t let this dog die knowing I could provide it with a kicking life.
